Cook something healthy!

We recently had some friends over and I did a delicious oven baked salmon with teriyaki sauce, served with sweet potato puree. It was, to say the least, heavenly! Do you want the recipe? It’s easy-peasy and your guests will love it!

Reflect on the past few months and set your goals for the second half of the year.

Summer is a great period for quiet retrospection and goal setting for September! It almost feels like a second January. Get a planner, download some free printables, enrol in  a class, whatever makes you feel motivated and full of energy!

Get some rest!

Did you know how dangerous burnout can be? And how often this syndrome -or event- is nowadays? My experience says that Taking a Day-Off is the best thing you can do for yourself in order to prevent a burnout episode and overcome work fatigue – allow yourself some downtime, you deserve it after all!

Unsubscribe from some newsletters…

Do you have 5 minutes? Scroll down your daily e-mail feed and unsubscribe from those that you don’t read anymore. It’s better than wasting more time every single day deleting them (and definitely WAY better than letting them pile in in your inbox – and clutter your mind).

Also, my advice to you, learnt the hard way: unsubscribe from some fashion/shopping newsletters – they are a constant reminder that you need more clothes, books, stuff and act as spending prompts. Which I am sure you do not need 🙂

Have a great summer my friends!!!
